Hi, I'm Hannah, Founder of Coastal Speech & Swallow Clinic. I'm an experienced Speech Pathologist with over 12 years of experience and a passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care to children and adults experiencing feeding, swallowing, and communication difficulties.
After graduating from Charles Sturt University in 2013, I have developed clinical skills across public hospitals, community health services, and private practice settings, supporting people across the lifespan.
My extensive experience with adult clients spans both public and private healthcare systems and includes working across the continuum of care — intensive care, acute and subacute services, palliative care, and community-based settings. This has given me a strong foundation in the assessment and management of complex swallowing and communication disorders.
For children, I have worked in public health across Special Care Nursery, Outpatient and Inpatient Paediatric Feeding Clinics, and community-based health services, supporting infants and children with feeding, swallowing, speech, and language difficulties — working closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical, family-centred support.
Advanced competency-based training for specialised swallow assessment and management.
Specialised support for clients with complex swallowing and altered airway needs.
A particular clinical interest, from infancy through to older adulthood.
A particular clinical passion — supporting infants and children experiencing feeding and swallowing difficulties from birth through to school age, working closely with families.
Complex adult swallowing assessment and management, including specialised instrumental assessment (VFSS) and tracheostomy & laryngectomy care.

My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients and families feel heard, empowered, and confident throughout their therapy journey.
